30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee
How our return policy works: Within 30 days of receiving the physical products purchased from our shop, you can return them for a refund, exchange, or store credit if:
(a) you received a product with damaged or defective packaging;
(b) you received a defective or damaged product;
(c) you received an incorrect item;
(d) you changed your mind and wish to return an unused and unopened product.
We offer this 30‑day return guarantee only for physical products purchased through this website. If you bought similar products from other suppliers, please check their return terms, as we have no control over them.
Return Costs
Within 14 days of receipt
- If you notify us within 14 days of receiving the purchased products that you wish to return them, you are responsible for the return‑shipping costs. **Shipping costs are non‑refundable.** Once we receive the purchased product, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the product price and the original shipping costs. Note that express‑shipping charges are non‑refundable if you selected that option.
After 14 days but no later than 30 days
- If you notify us after 14 days but no later than 30 days of receiving the products that you wish to return them, you are responsible for the return‑shipping costs. **Shipping costs are non‑refundable.** Once we receive the purchased product, we will refund the product price. The original shipping costs are non‑refundable after more than 14 days from receipt of the product.
Steps to Return a Product
Step #1: Contact our customer‑service team by emailing info@rainawaywiper.com or by filling out our contact form within 30 days of receiving the products. Provide your full name, email address, and order number, and briefly describe the reason for returning the product.
Step #2: Our customer‑service team will respond to your request within 3 business days. If your return request meets the conditions set out in this Return Policy and the Terms of Service, we will send you a return‑merchandise‑authorization (RMA) form that you must complete.
Please note that returns are accepted only after the RMA form has been completed. We are not liable for orders returned without prior completion of the RMA form, and such returns cannot be processed.
Step #3: Re‑pack the product securely, attach the completed RMA form clearly to the package, and send the products you wish to return to the address provided on the RMA form. Non‑defective items must be returned in the manufacturer’s original condition, in the original packaging, and free of damage. For defective items, please contact our customer‑service team before sending them back.
Step #4: After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue the refund within 14 days. Once processed, the refund typically appears on your bank statement within 3‑5 business days. The refund will be sent to the original payment source you used for the order.
